Postpartum Prep Sessions

Planning for the postpartum period is one of the most forgotten parts of pregnancy, something many expecting parents don’t realize they’ve missed until they’re already overwhelmed by it. Ideally every family would have access to in-person, hands on postpartum doula support within the early weeks after birth, but that isn’t always possible for everyone. These postpartum preparation sessions are for families who want to slow down during pregnancy, deepen communication, address fears, and thoughtfully prepare for the tender weeks after birth.

Similar in structure to my birth prep sessions, this offering includes a dedicated prenatal postpartum planning session (in-person or virtual) with me and a copy of my 35-page Postpartum Planning Workbook, to be completed ahead of birth. Together, we get realistic about your needs, hold space for vulnerable conversation and set up a road map for you, your partner and your extended network of family and friends to help surround you with support. This is a supportive, collaborative space designed to help families enter the postpartum season feeling prepared, grounded, and less alone.

Postpartum Prep Sessions Include:

This will serve as our roadmap to discuss topics like …
